OFFICIAL LEAGUE RULES

2024 Official League Rulebook

1. Teams to consist of 5 people (rosters can be more) 4 players play the field (pitcher and 3 fielders) 5 players bat in lineup

2.  Defensive players can be subbed for at any time and re-enter the game at any time

3.  Once a pitcher is removed from the game they can play any defensive position, but not re-enter the game as pitcher

4.  Games to consist of 3 innnings

5.  Once a team scores 6 runs in the first to innings, that half inning is over, The third inning will not have a run rule

6. A pitched ball must hit the blue pvc  frame (not the feet) or the metal backstop to be called a strike. If a foul tip occurs on a two strike pitch and the ball hits the stirke zonethe batter will be called out

7. Four balls will be a walk. A hit batter will be called a ball

8.  If a batted ball rolls under the fence it will be a ground rule double. A ball batted over the fence will be a homerun

9.  A fielder may throw a fielded ball at a base runner and if the ball strikes the runner prior to the runner being in contact with the base the runner will be out

10. No pitchers Hand outs
